With experience working in a massage clinic, spa and chiropractors office, I have developed a natural ability to understand what the client needs. I see massage as an integral aspect in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I strive to provide my clients with the best care possible.
Along with my Traditional Massage education, I have had the ability to expand my current skills by attending workshops and continued education sessions. I am familiar with Thai massage and have acquired my Hot Stone Therapy certificate. However, I feel that my knowledge of Active Release Therapy and Soft Tissue Release has been most valuable in treating individuals on a daily basis. Ive also had the opportunity to add Structural Integration into my practice and have had great results with helping my clients.
Upon graduating from Georgian College in 2010 I began practicing in the Parry Sound area. Originally from Orangeville, Ontario I have been thoroughly enjoying my time in cottage country and now consider it home. In recent months, I have worked hard and successfully opened my own clinic, it has been both educating and gratifying to experience the changes and knowledge I have gained as a business owner.
I consider myself to be personable and open-minded, willing to not only treat but teach my clients about prevention through self-care and routine treatments.
